Argus is beta software for personal market research and analysis. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, bank, or execution venue.
Market data may be delayed, simulated, cached, stale, incomplete, or unavailable depending on provider configuration and licensing. Mock data must not be treated as live exchange data.
Internal paper trading is simulated. Backtests are hypothetical and rely on assumptions that may not match real market liquidity, spreads, slippage, fees, order priority, tax impact, or market access.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Users remain responsible for their own investment decisions, risk management, and compliance obligations.
Argus does not currently submit live brokerage orders, hold customer funds, support deposits or withdrawals, or provide guaranteed-return claims.
This placeholder disclosure package should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad release or commercial use.
The public waitlist stores a normalized email address, the exact consent version and time, and limited campaign attribution. It does not store plaintext IP addresses, brokerage credentials, financial-account data, or advertising identifiers.
Waitlist information is used only to manage beta access and Argus product updates. No confirmation or invitation email is sent unless an approved email provider is configured and explicitly enabled. A self-service unsubscribe workflow is a launch follow-up; until then, removal requests require manual administrator review.
